The Prevue system is a benchmarkable cognitive and personality profiling system. Prevue provides businesses and human resource professionals with a suite of reports that assist in human resource decision-making.

The Prevue Assessment System is particularly effective when it is used to predict job suitability through the use of Benchmarks. A Benchmark is a composite of the abilities, interests, and personality traits of successful people in a specified job. The Prevue Assessment System will identify the common features of those employees whom management considers to be successful at a particular job, and develops a Benchmark for that job. The Benchmark is used to assess the suitability of candidates seeking that job.
