Strategy Implementation

A strategy has been developed. Who will implement it? Are the people in your existing team in the right jobs to make or lead the necessary changes?

Odin will define the current or proposed roles and assess those people either currently in or being considered for them. This process provides management with the information they need to allocate tasks and responsibilities.

Each employee will be placed into one of three categories;

  • Those that meet the requirements of their current or proposed role
  • Those that will need some development or training to be able to meet the roles expectations; and
  • Those who are in the wrong roles and no amount of development will change that.

Detailed reporting on employees will also provide insight into their work styles, motivators, decision-making ability and interpersonal skills. This information is a valuable tool assisting them in gaining an independent and objective understanding of the individual competencies within their teams.

Mergers and Acquisitions

Statistics show that greater than half of all mergers and acquisition fail to yield the desired synergies due to the “people and cultural issues”.

When you acquire another company detailed due diligence is carried out on the business to ensure that the business that is bought is what it appears. All too often, a company’s most important asset, it people, are overlooked. Odin can perform this due diligence function, providing detailed objective advice and assist with the change process as required.
