The program focuses on behavior modification. By giving

how others see them, a personal action plan can be developed

Programs typically last three to six months. Results
are apparent within the first month and are achieved

motivation. To encourage the manager’s ongoing
motivation and commitment to continued development,
and provide them with valuable feedback, post program
360 degree reviews are recommended after twelve months
